Student Assistant (m/w/d) in Backoffice

We are looking for a student assistant (m/w/d) for 15-20 hours per week to support our backoffice team.

Tasks

• You will support our backoffice team in daily business.
• You will assist in creating invoices.
• You will help with evaluations, reports, and internal analyses.
• You will process incoming inquiries via email and phone.
• You will assist with organizational tasks around projects and consultants.

Qualification

• You are studying business administration, economics, or a comparable field.
• You have an interest in commercial processes and the IT consulting industry.
• You work safely with MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• You work structured, meticulous, and independently.
• You bring communication strength and team spirit.
• You possess very good German language skills and good English language skills.
