Working Student (m/f/d) HR Operations

For our Finance & Operations Team, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) for HR Operations at the Berlin location on the EUREF Campus, effective immediately. In this position, you will be an important part of our HR administration process, the point of contact for personnel-related questions, and you will develop ideas and solutions for our employees in close cooperation with the team. You will support recruiting and inspire applicants to work at inno2grid.

Tasks

• Shape our recruiting: You will manage applicant management, review applications, and coordinate interviews.
• You are responsible for the recruiting process for interns and working students – from the initial application to successful hiring.
• Actively contribute to our personnel development: You will support the conception, planning, and execution of workshops and seminars and accompany measures related to further training, talent development, and individual development.
• You will organize further training events and, together with the team, ensure a smooth process.
• You will help shape our HR initiatives and benefits and support their organization and implementation.
• Develop HR with us: You will work on optimizing our HR processes and structures and contribute your own ideas and perspectives.
• You make our employer brand visible: In personnel marketing and employer branding, you will help present our company authentically and attractively internally and externally.
• You keep an overview of the HR day-to-day: You will handle administrative tasks and ensure structured and careful implementation of our operational processes.

Qualifications

• You are in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a comparable field of study.
• You are interested in personnel management and labor law topics and want to gain practical insights in the HR field.
• Initial experience in Human Resources is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• You work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner and can keep an overview even with multiple tasks.
• You are enthusiastic about innovative topics in the HR environment and like to contribute your own ideas.
• You have strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with different target groups.
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
