Business Development & Partner Communication in Digital Health

(20 hours/week)

About the role:

As a work student, you will have the opportunity to learn about business development, pharmaceutical research, and modern working methods - with a focus on digital communication and KI tools.

Your task:

• Preparation of meeting materials, research, analysis of presentation slides, and structuring of content

• Writing drafts for emails and short LinkedIn posts for partner communication

• Maintenance and updating of partner information in the CRM system

• Creation and optimization of presentations and Google Sheets for internal and external purposes

• Screening potential pharmaceutical companies and preparing short profiles

• Support in content preparation with KI tools like Cursor or Gemini (e.g., for text creation, idea collection, or email formulation)

Your profile:

• Enrolled student in Public Health, Psychology, Communication, Economics, or a comparable field

• High accuracy when dealing with texts, data, and content

• Self-motivated, organized & strong time management

• First experiences with CRM systems or willingness to learn

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

• Basic knowledge of KI tools like Cursor or Gemini

• Fluent English and German skills on at least C1 level
