Job description

We are looking for a student assistant (m/w/d) for event management for approximately 15-20 hours at our location in Munich.

Vita Health Media is a full-service content agency for the healthcare market. We develop high-quality contents and formats – video, print, SEO, social media, podcast, event, content marketing, and strategy – and help people understand their health better. Our clients include health insurance companies, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, media houses, and other players in the healthcare sector.

Tasks

You will support our team in planning, organizing, and conducting B2B and B2C events – from small workshops to larger live formats. You will work closely with all departments of the agency – from editorial, video production, and graphics to strategy – and learn many exciting topics from the healthcare sector.

  • Support in planning, coordination, and implementation of live events
  • Kommunication with service providers (e.g. locations, technology, catering) – by phone and email
  • SUPPORT IN PARTICIPANT CARE AND TASKS ON-SITE
  • Creation and maintenance of presentations and participant lists
  • Participation in project management tasks and administrative processes
  • Maintenance and updating of databases (e.g. Brevo or HubSpot)
  • SUPPORT IN POST-EVENT FOLLOW-UP AND EVALUATION
  • Independent research on topics, trends, or potential partners

Qualification

  • Enrolled student (m/w/d), ideally in the field of communication, event management, business administration, health management, etc.
  • Pleasure in organizing, communicating, and taking action
  • Good time management and a secure overview, even when multiple projects are running parallel
  • No fear of telephoning and enthusiasm for being in exchange with service providers and partners
  • Travel readiness within Germany (occasionally)
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • First experiences with CRM systems (e.g. Brevo, HubSpot) are advantageous
  • Interest in health topics, communication, and events
  • Reliable, structured, and proactive working style
  • Openness to learning new things and getting familiar with tools
