We are lunapark – a digital marketing agency with a focus on SEO, SEA, Social Ads, Programmatic, Analytics and data-driven marketing strategies. For over 25 years, we have been supporting companies in achieving visibility, leads and growth through strong online campaigns.

We are looking for a work student:in (m/w/d) who is eager to dive deep into the world of data-driven online advertising and gain practical experience in performance marketing.

You will be regularly based at our Cologne office during your onboarding period, after which you can work flexibly hybrid/remote.

What to expect

Campaigns & Performance Marketing

• Support in ongoing customer projects (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Participation in setting up and optimizing campaigns
• Support in creating targetings, creatives, budgets and KPI evaluations
• Analysis of campaign data and creation of small reports

Strategy & Development

• Glimpse into data-based marketing and funnel strategies
• Participation in testing, target group models and performance optimizations
• Collaboration with the Ads team as well as interfaces to SEO, Analytics & Data

Tools & Know-how

You will learn:

• Fundamentals of programmatic advertising (e.g. DV360), social advertising (Meta Ads), search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
• Google Analytics & Tag Manager
• Reporting tools (Data Studio, Sheets/Excel)
• KI/AI tools for research, optimization and content

Clients & Project Work

• Participation in internal meetings and Jour Fixes
• Preliminary preparation of small presentations and learning support for strategies & recommendations

• You ideally have first experiences (study, internships, own projects)
• You live in NRW or can regularly come to Cologne
