Job description

We are the Expert Analytics GmbH – an international team of over 45 experts with locations in Munich and Oslo. We support medium-sized companies and large corporations in mastering complex challenges through data-driven solutions. Our spectrum ranges from artificial intelligence, simulation, and data engineering to the development of our own technologies. A highlight is our AI-based audio analytics platform "resonyx" for predictive maintenance in real-time.

Tasks

Your tasks:

You will be a full member of our project team and take on tasks in these areas:

  • Generative AI & LLMs: Development of RAG pipelines, integration of GenAI APIs and open-source models (e.g. via Hugging Face) in customer solutions, as well as evaluation of new AI agent workflows.
  • Data Science & Machine Learning: Development and training of ML models, computer vision (e.g. medical image analysis) and predictive analytics.
  • Audio Analytics (Resonyx): Analysis of acoustic data for anomaly detection and optimization of our audio-based AI workflows.
  • Scientific Computing: Mathematical modeling and simulation of technical systems (e.g. in the field of renewable energies).
  • Data Engineering: Participation in building modern, cloud-based or edge data pipelines.

Qualification

Your profile:

  • Enrolled Master's student (MSc) in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics or a comparable MINT study program.
  • You have your active residence in Munich.
  • First practical experience, ideally through previous internships or personal projects.
  • Very good knowledge of Python and common data science libraries.
  • Knowledge of C++, cloud technologies, Gen-AI frameworks (such as LangChain) or Docker is a strong plus.
  • Analytical thinking, hands-on mentality and passion for complex problem-solving.
  • Very good German knowledge; English knowledge is an asset

Benefits

This is what we offer you:

  • Flexibility pure: 15 to 20 hours per week, which adapt to your lecture schedule – not the other way around.
  • Modern Office: Office in the heart of Munich. Mobile work possible after consultation.
  • Real Mentoring: You work directly with promoted colleagues and senior data scientists at eye level.
  • Real Impact: You don't build box projects, but work on real use cases – from MedTech to Industry 4.0.
  • Culture: A valuing environment, steep learning curves, and regular team events.

Sounds like your next step? Forget the classic application! Just send us your CV (and, if available, the link to your GitHub/Kaggle profile or portfolio)
