Working Student (M/W/D) Crew Recruiting

As part of our Crew Management Team, you are the first point of contact for all applicants of the OMR Crew and the OMR Festival. You will be responsible for telephone recruiting, conducting interviews with applicants and winning them over for crew jobs. You are also responsible for shift planning, ensuring that all positions are optimally staffed, and keeping an overview of the entire deployment planning.

We are looking for support for our team immediately until 05/31/2027 and from January 04, 2027 until 05/31/2027.

• You will support the recruitment of the crew for the OMR Festival 2027 as well as for other positions within the OMR Crew for annual projects.
• You will be responsible for the management and execution of hiring processes, including interviews and selection.
• You will be responsible for processing and assigning shifts for all personnel in the shift schedule.
• You will independently process and answer crew inquiries by phone and email.
• You will support the Crew Management Team in relieving them of daily tasks.
• You will support the further development of internal processes and increase process and processing quality, thus improving the satisfaction of applicants and employees.

• You are an enrolled student in media and communication management, business administration, or a comparable field of study.
• You have a high degree of customer and service orientation.
• You bring a positive demeanor and a patient, communicative nature to the team.
• You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• You work independently, are solution-oriented, and keep every inquiry in view.
• You enjoy daily interaction with people and have a confident and convincing presence.
• You are flexible and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
• Advantageous: initial experience and affinity in human resources management and/or customer and telephone support.
