RETAIL NXT is more than a conference. We are a community of decision-makers, innovators, and makers, shaping the future of retail. To make our events, matchmaking, and community function, we need strong operational structures in the background – and that's where you come in.

As a student assistant, you'll be right in the middle instead of just being there: You'll work with our data, systems, and participants and ensure that contacts become genuine connections.

Your Tasks – Close to Community, Data & Events

• Support in operational community management
• Maintenance, updating, and quality assurance of our customer, partner, and participant data
• Structuring data in CRM, event, and matchmaking systems
• SUPPORT IN PRE- AND POST-EVENT PREPARATION (mailings, participant lists, matchmaking, check-ins)
• Tight collaboration with marketing, sales, and project leadership

You Bring

• You are an enrolled student (e.g., business administration, media, event management, computer science, etc.)
• You work very carefully, structured, independently, and reliably
• You have a high affinity to data, tools, and digital systems
• You're not afraid to take the reins once in a while
• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
• Ideal candidate has first experiences with CRM or event tools (not required)
• Very good German skills, good English skills a plus
• Independent and responsible work style
