• Operational Finance & Investor Reporting: You will support the Directors in the CFO Office with topics related to investor reporting and operational finance, with a focus on international markets. 
• Data Analysis & Management Presentations: You will analyze financial data and operational KPIs and create templates for C-level management presentations.
• Dashboard Creation: You will contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of dashboards for financial reporting and support the continuous optimization of reporting processes.
• Process Optimization: You will identify opportunities for more efficient finance processes, contribute improvement ideas, and automate recurring workflows.

• You are currently enrolled for at least two semesters at a German university (Business Administration or comparable degree programs) and can support us 15-20 hours per week – alternatively, an internship would also be possible. 
• You have initial practical experience in finance, startups, or consulting.
• You have a good understanding of numbers and are able to draw meaningful conclusions from large amounts of data and complex interrelationships.
• You work proactively, tackle challenges with initiative, and implement ideas pragmatically.
• You are reliable and have high standards for the quality of your work.
• You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Ideally, you have already worked with BI tools (e.g., Looker or Tableau) or have the motivation to quickly learn new tools.
• You speak German and English at a C-level proficiency.
