Your Position

• Operatives Finance & Investor Reporting: You support the Director in the CFO Office on topics related to investor reporting as well as operative finance, focusing on international markets
• Datenanalyse & Management-Präsentationen: You analyze financial data and operational KPIs and create templates for management presentations at C-Level.
• Dashboarderstellung: You work on the setup and further development of dashboards for financial reporting with us and contribute to continuous optimization of reporting.
• Prozessoptimierung: You identify potential for more efficient finance processes, bring improvement ideas in, and automate recurring workflows.

Your Profile

• You are still enrolled at a German university (Business Administration or comparable programs) for at least two semesters and can support us with 15-20 hours per week.
• You have first practical experience in the field of Finance, Start Up, or Consulting.
• You have a feel for numbers and are able to draw clear conclusions from large data sets and complex relationships.
• You work eigeninitiativ, tackle challenges proaktiv, and implement ideas practically.
• You are reliable and set high standards for the quality of your work.
• You work safely with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Ideally, you have already worked with BI-Tools (e.g., Looker or Tableau) or bring the motivation to quickly learn new tools.
• You speak German and English at a C-Level.
