We are Advertical – a Creative Agency from Cologne. We develop performance-driven advertisements for some of the most exciting e-commerce brands in the DACH region. Our clients include, among others, Natural Elements, Lotto24, Störtebekker, and many other growth-oriented brands.

To ensure our team can work efficiently, we need clear structures and clean processes. That's where you come in.

Tasks

Your tasks

• You bring structure to our internal documents, folders, and knowledge databases.
• You document processes and ensure that information is easily accessible.
• You maintain and optimize our internal tools and systems.
• You identify inefficient workflows and develop better solutions together with the team.
• You support administrative and organizational tasks in daily business.
• You help to continuously develop our internal standards.

Qualification

You bring this with you

• You are currently studying, ideally in the field of economics, management, marketing, or a comparable program.
• You work very structured and don't lose your overview even with many information.
• You enjoy creating order and improving processes.
• You are reliable, meticulous, and work independently.
• You are confident in handling digital tools and quickly learn new systems.
