About us

The Krieger MIS GmbH develops electronics and software for industrial companies. When a device is to become intelligent or re-designed, we come into play. Our seat is in Groß-Zimmern near Darmstadt, our team is small and our claim is high. Marketing is not an end in itself for us. We want to convey our themes intelligibly and with style to the outside world. Therefore, we are looking for you.

Tasks

Your role

You will be part of our marketing team and help us become visible on the right channels, primarily on LinkedIn. You will receive direct input from us or from technology. You will create content that sticks. In this process, you are not just an execution organ. You think with us, bring in your own ideas, and shape how we appear to the outside world.

What you do here

• Content for social media creates: texts, graphics, and visuals with recognition value
• LinkedIn as main playground: posts plan, write, design
• Small video clips conceptualize and implement (no Hollywood, but with love to detail)
• Help with content for other platforms and our website
• Bring in your own ideas, fresh input is explicitly welcome

This is not an 08/15-work student job

In a small team like ours, you don't get lost in the background, but right in the middle. You learn to prepare technically complex topics so that they reach a broad audience. This is a skill that gives you a real advantage in any marketing role. And you see directly what your content achieves, because there are no five approval loops between you and the result.

Qualification

What you should bring with you

• Pleasure in writing and visual design
• A sense for how to make complex topics understandable
• No fear of tech topics like electronics, embedded software or IoT. Curiosity is enough, deep knowledge is not necessary
• Ideal: first experience with tools like Canva, CapCut o. ä., the rest is learnable
• KI will support you in content creation, but not replace you
• Status as work student:in (up to 20 hours/week) or interest in a mini-job (up to €603/month) – every gender and age is welcome.

• 17–20 €/hour – where you start depends on your experience
• Remote work, with flexible working hours fitting to studies or daily life
• Occasional creative workshops at our office in Groß-Zimmern, a good opportunity to get to know colleagues personally. Therefore, it would be practical if you live within a radius of approximately 80 km around Darmstadt
• A small, pragmatic team without long decision-making processes
