Working Student: Media Design - Digital & Print (m/f/d)

Quadriga Media Berlin brings together people from communication, politics, HR, and business – with conferences, further training, specialist media, and the Quadriga Hochschule. Our group includes brands such as the deutsche presseakademie, politik&kommunikation, and HR Manager.

For our design team, we are looking for a Working Student: Media Design - Digital & Print (m/f/d), starting immediately. You will help shape the look of our events, courses, and magazines – from social media posts to printed program booklets.

• You will design social media graphics, speaker banners, newsletter headers, and web banners for our events and courses.
• You will create presentations and templates for events and internal communication.
• You will create slides for digital displays at our events.
• You will implement small animations and motion formats for campaigns.
• You will prepare conference materials, program booklets, flyers, posters, roll-ups, window graphics, and advertisements for print.
• You will prepare data for printing companies and check proofs.
• You will adapt key visuals to different formats and channels.
• You will ensure compliance with the corporate designs of our brands and help keep templates up-to-date.
• You will work closely with marketing, event management, and product managers.

• You are enrolled in Media Design, Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a comparable degree program.
• You work confidently with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint; Figma is a plus.
• You know the basics of prepress (color profiles, bleed, resolution).
• You have a good feel for typography, layout, and imagery – and you demonstrate this in your portfolio.
• You work meticulously, even when multiple deadlines are running concurrently.
• Interest in AI tools for design, process optimization, and automation via data merging.
• You speak German very well; good English skills are an advantage.
