Tasks

• Development of a cross-channel content strategy, as well as setting up and maintaining a structured editorial plan for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Conceptualization and creation of high-quality content for our entire online communication - including social media, website, newsletter, CRM channels, and video formats
• Self-maintenance and continuous further development of our guide blog, from theme research to SEO optimization
• Support in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn & Co.
• Analysis and evaluation of relevant KPIs to identify performance potential and data-based optimizations for implementation

Qualification

• Enrolled studies in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a comparable field
• Passion for marketing, as well as excellent communicative skills, a proactive hands-on mentality, and joy in taking responsibility
• Sense of design and secure handling of Canva for creating social media and website assets
• Basic knowledge of video editing (e.g., for short explanatory videos or social media formats)
• Very strong German language skills, as well as the ability to prepare complex topics clearly, structured, and target-group-oriented
• Nice to have: First contacts with renewable energies, photovoltaics, battery storage, charging infrastructure, or energy markets
• Availability of approximately 20 hours per week and willingness to regularly work in our Berlin office

Sunpeak Capital was founded by Konstantin and Jan. Before founding, they were the first two employees of the Fintech scale-up Cloover, which finances PV systems. They built the German market for this and scaled up the partner network to over 200 installation companies. In this time, they recognized what potential arises when capital is targeted at sustainable energy projects.

In early 2025, they then founded Sunpeak Capital - fully bootstrapped and already profitable after two months. Their drive: using the mechanisms of the capital market to accelerate the expansion of renewable energies and enable investors with genuine returns and genuine impact.
