Working Student: Marketing & Sales (Remote)

Kigen IT is a specialized consultancy for Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance (Purview, Entra ID, Intune, Copilot Governance) with clients from regulated industries such as energy, finance, and law. You will work directly with the founder, get real responsibility from day 1, and immediately see the impact of your work. No coffee making, no corporate overhead.

Responsibilities

You will create content for LinkedIn, blog, and website — technically sound, not generic (we provide AI tools like Claude as a basis for your work)

You will handle LinkedIn outreach to our target audience (CISOs, IT Managers, Information Security Officers) up to scheduling the initial meeting

You will research target audiences, markets, and buying signals (KRITIS, finance, regulated medium-sized companies)

You will build and maintain our CRM and sales pipeline

Prospectively: webinars and building partnerships with other IT service providers

Qualifications

Enrolled in a degree program (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Business Informatics, or comparable)

Good command of language and enjoyment of writing — German fluent, English good

Interest in tech and IT security (you don't have to be an expert, but curious)

Independent, structured way of working

Nice to have: experience with LinkedIn marketing, CRM tools, or B2B sales
