Marketing Operations & Design Student (m/f/x)

As a Marketing Operations & Design Student (m/f/x), you will support our marketing team in converting complex content into appealing, CI-compliant presentations. You will create and revise PowerPoint slides, develop templates further, and ensure a consistent, high-quality appearance. Additionally, you will maintain our internal slide library, take on smaller research tasks and organizational tasks, and ensure that our materials are always up-to-date and to the point. With your sense of design, layout, and details, you will significantly contribute to Salesfive's strong visual presence internally and externally.

Tasks

• Create, revise, and finalize PowerPoint slides including storyline, visuals, and diagrams
• Develop and maintain our PowerPoint templates (Master) further
• Achieve quality, consistency, spelling, and adherence to corporate design
• Built and maintained a central slide library for internal use
• Support the marketing team in their daily business, e.g., research or organizational tasks
• Work with us on professional representation of our brand and communication

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in media design, graphic design, marketing, business administration, or comparable fields
• Familiarity with MS 365, particularly PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of corporate design and good layout
• Structured, reliable, and self-organized work style
• Attention to detail, communication skills, and proactive attitude
• Nice to have: Experience with Figma or other design tools; ongoing studies at a German university; availability for part-time work; good English skills in writing and speaking; basic IT knowledge, enthusiasm for technology, and willingness to learn new things
