Aufgaben

As a student in Marketing, you will support our team in implementing digital marketing measures for our AI-based B2B software in the industrial environment.

Your tasks range from content and campaigns to CRM processes up to maintaining digital marketing channels like website and landing pages as well as creating training and presentation materials.

Your tasks at a glance:

• SUPPORT IN CREATING, MAINTAINING AND UPDATING MARKETING MATERIALS (e.g. One Pager, presentations, PDFs, training materials)
• Maintain and update landing pages, forms, and website contents
• Operative support in our CRM system (HubSpot, TYPO3), e.g., list maintenance, segmentation, and data quality
• SUPPORT IN EMAIL CAMPAIGNS, FOLLOW-UPS AND MARKETING AUTOMATIONS
• Content preparation and repurposing for various formats (e.g. blog, LinkedIn, newsletter)
• SUPPORT IN VISUALLY PRESENTING COMPLEX TECHNICAL CONTENT, e.g., in the form of graphics, presentations, infographics, and training materials
• Research on SEO-relevant topics, keywords, and competitors
• SUPPORT IN PROCESSING AND EDITING VIDEO CONTENT, e.g., for social media, event follow-up, webinars or presentations
• SUPPORT IN PRE- AND POST-EVENT WORK FOR EVENTS, WEBINARS, AND CAMPAIGNS

Qualifikation

You ideally bring:

• Ongoing studies in the field of Marketing, Communication, Media, Economics or comparable
• Interest in digital marketing in the B2B environment
• Very structured, meticulous and reliable working style
• High tool affinity and joy in quickly learning new systems
• Experience with Adobe or similar tools
• Good language skills and confidence in formulating texts
• A keen eye for detail and high quality standards
• Self-reliant working style as well as willingness to take responsibility
• Interest in AI, technology or industrial topics

Plus points (not a must):

• First experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
• Experience with CMS or landing page editors (e.g. TYPO3)
• First touchpoints with SEO
• Experience in video editing or processing of video content
• Portfolio / work samples: If you already have first work samples, a portfolio or examples of your previous work in the field of Content, Design, Marketing or digital projects, we would be delighted if you could attach these to your application.
