Job description
We're looking for you
You want to do marketing, not just hear about it in lectures? Do you want to dive into numbers, get creative, and build campaigns as a team that primarily activate our DACH crowd? Then you'll fit in well with us. At Invesdor, Europe's leading impact investment platform, we combine returns with impact. Through our platform, people invest in companies that want to make the world a little better – from renewable energies to MedTech and EdTech.
Your tasks
As a working student in Marketing, you'll be right in the thick of it, not just on the sidelines. You'll work on campaigns that make our projects visible, strengthen our brand in the DACH region, and excite our crowd with relevant content. From the start, you'll have your own clearly defined areas of responsibility and gradually take on small projects yourself – naturally with the support of the team.
Your tasks: from numbers to DACH activation
Your role is deliberately broad. Depending on the project, you'll support our marketing team, for example, with:
Content & Creation
- Creation of graphics and visuals in Canva for social media, newsletters, and online campaigns
- Support with Google Ads and social media ads (e.g., text drafts, image formats, preparation of A/B tests)
- Assistance in managing our channels such as LinkedIn or Instagram – with a particular focus on our DACH target groups
- Support in creating landing pages, blog posts, or email campaigns to activate our crowd
- Assistance in developing and implementing measures to activate our DACH crowd (e.g., campaigns, newsletter specials, community formats)
- Research, outreach, and support of potential affiliate and cooperation partners (e.g., platforms, blogs, communities)
- Support in joint marketing activities with partners (e.g., co-branded content, social media collaborations, webinars)
- Support with KPI tracking and simple reporting (e.g., campaign performance, click-through rates, conversion rates)
- Analysis of activities and derivation of initial recommendations: What worked well, what can we improve?
- Support in monitoring our marketing activities in the DACH region
- Taking ownership of a small project, e.g., managing a social media format, a newsletter, or an affiliate campaign
- Responsibility for planning, implementation, and simple reporting – with feedback and sparring from the team
- Assistance in developing creative ideas on how we can better activate our international – especially DACH – crowd
- Participation in brainstorming sessions on new formats, campaigns, or storytelling approaches
- Liaison with other teams in Finland, Germany, and the Netherlands to coordinate content and projects
What we offer you
- You'll have a dedicated contact person in Marketing who will guide you through onboarding and your projects.
- Regular short feedback sessions will help you develop professionally and personally.
- If you wish, you can also get a taste of other areas (e.g., Product, Sales, or Investor Relations) to better understand the bigger picture.
- Insights into truly broad marketing – from performance & KPIs to creative concepts
- Work in an international environment with colleagues from different countries
- A motivated team with flat hierarchies and plenty of room for your own ideas
- A workspace centrally located on Ku’damm in Berlin plus the possibility of home office
- Clear weekly hours that fit your studies (e.g., approx. 15–20 hours per week, more during semester breaks if desired)
- Flexibility during exam periods: During exam times, you can adjust your hours in consultation with us.
- An open, relaxed working atmosphere – we all use the informal 'du' and decision-making processes are very short.
Interested?
Then send us your application documents (short cover letter, CV, relevant certificates, and your earliest possible start date) to: ----- If you wish, you can also send one or two work samples directly, for example:
- Graphics from Canva
- Social media posts
- A university project (e.g., campaign concept or analysis)
What convinces us
You are still studying and really want to learn marketing – not just build slides. If you recognize yourself in some of the following points, we look forward to your application:
- You are studying, for example, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media, or Economics – or something comparable.
- You enjoy digital marketing, social media, and online campaigns.
- You work in a structured way and are not afraid of numbers, Excel, or similar tools.
- Initial experience with Canva or a similar graphics tool is an advantage.
- You enjoy working in a team, contribute your own ideas, and can drive topics forward independently.
- You speak German at a native level and very good English, as we work together internationally.
- Ideally, you can stay with us long-term (at least 12 months or longer) so you can get well acquainted and take on your own topics.
