Marketing Student Assistant (m/w/d) with Focus on Social Media

As a family-owned business, we combine tradition with new ideas and want to further develop our brand digitally. To achieve this, we are looking for support in marketing at the earliest possible time.

The position is initially limited to 12 months.

Tasks

• Support in planning, creating, and publishing content for various marketing and communication channels
• Development of creative ideas for digital and classical formats, such as posts, stories, reels, newsletters, website contents, or print materials
• Active participation in the further development of our brand communication and external representation
• Observation of trends, formats, target groups, and competitors to derive new impulses for our marketing activities
• Participation in community management and editorial care of our communication channels, including social media, website, and other platforms
• Support in creating texts, image ideas, content concepts, and campaign materials
• Participation in further marketing projects, campaigns, actions, and trade shows

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in the field of marketing, communication, media, business administration, or a comparable program
• A good sense for social media, digital trends, and target-group-oriented content
• Creativity and enthusiasm to bring in and implement own ideas
• Solid language skills and a keen eye for content, image language, and brand appearance
• Experience in handling Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or similar platforms
• Ideal candidate has first-hand practical experience in social media, marketing, or content
• Structured, reliable, and self-reliant working style
• Open, authentic approach and joy in teamwork
