We are looking for an intern in the field of marketing & lead generation (B2B), who will support us in implementing our marketing activities and targeting new customers for NABR Studios.

Your task is to support us in implementing lead and marketing measures – from researching potential customers to preparing campaigns and structuring our marketing channels (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn).

This is not about short-term reach, but about clear positioning, structure, and trust – for customers in different growth phases, from the first product to a scalable brand.

This position is designed as an intern position (20 hours per week) with the possibility of taking on more responsibility in marketing in the long term.

Tasks

We are looking for engaged interns in the field of marketing & lead generation (B2B), who are convinced by brands, communication, and growth and want to actively contribute to building our marketing structures – from the first research to the prepared inquiry.

With your sense for brands and structured work, you will support us in implementing marketing and lead strategies with a focus on B2B customer acquisition.

The following tasks await you:

• Support in implementing marketing and lead strategies with a focus on B2B customer acquisition
• Research and identification of potential customers (creator brands, companies, etc.)
• Building, maintaining, and structuring lead lists and simple CRM systems
• Support in planning and implementing campaigns for customer acquisition – over organic and paid channels
• Participation in the care and further development of our social media channels (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
• Support in preparing and implementing advertisements
• Participation in outbound measures for direct addressing of potential customers (e.g. LinkedIn, email)
• Support in building and ensuring a consistent brand appearance across all marketing measures
• Close cooperation with design, production, and management to align contents and measures
• Support in creating and preparing marketing materials and contents
• Simple analysis and evaluation of marketing measures and results
• Independent processing of clearly defined tasks in the marketing routine

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in the field of Marketing, Communication, Economics, Media, or comparable
• Residing in Berlin or willingness to regularly work on-site
• Fluent German and English skills in word and writing
• Strong interest in Marketing, Brand Building, and Lead Generation in the B2B sector
• First practical experiences in marketing (e.g. through internships, intern positions, own projects, or side jobs) of advantage, but not a must
• Basic understanding of Marketing channels, campaigns, and digital communication
• First touchpoints with Social Media (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and interest in strategically using them
• Interest in Paid Ads, Campaigns, and Performance Topics and willingness to delve into these areas
• Structured, reliable, and self-responsible working style
• Good sense for Brands, Communication, and Visual Contents
• Motivation to not just operate marketing superficially but to understand how Kundengewinnung, Positionierung, and Wachstum work in practice
