Working Student: Marketing & Communications (m/f/d) - Berlin Location (hybrid)

We work across locations and according to the principles of Holacracy: without rigid hierarchies, but with a lot of personal responsibility, autonomy, and room for your own ideas. As a working student, you will actively participate in our marketing projects and help shape how Eventfrog continues to grow. Eventfrog is an event and ticketing platform with the goal of revolutionizing the event industry. We want to make organizers – from small associations to large events – more successful, contribute to a diverse and vibrant cultural landscape in Europe, and create a counterpoint to the gigantism of the event industry.
To achieve this, Eventfrog offers professional, commission-free online ticketing as well as numerous functions for organizing, marketing, and executing events – from increased reach, ticket sales, and admission to cashless payment. In Switzerland, Eventfrog operates the largest event calendar and is expanding its event and ticketing platform into other European markets.

Tasks

What your work will look like

• You will create content for our website and social media channels – from idea to implementation.
• You will support the planning and execution of marketing projects, taking on your own tasks and smaller projects.
• You will manage our social media community, interact with our users, and answer questions.
• You will observe trends and developments on social media and contribute your own ideas for new content and formats.
• You will support the marketing team wherever something needs to be moved – and gain insight into different areas of our marketing.

Qualifications

What you bring

• You are an enrolled student and can support us 20 hours per week.
• You are enthusiastic about marketing, communication, and social media and want to gain practical experience.
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner and enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks.
• You have a good feel for content, language, and different target audiences.
• You are familiar with the common social media platforms and enjoy trying out new trends and formats.
• You enjoy working in a team, contribute your own ideas, and are open to learning new things.
• You speak and write German at least at a C1 level.
