We are looking for a creative talent that brings our brand to life in the shop and in our campaigns. You have an eye for aesthetics, love smart designs, and want to show that sustainability and modern design go perfectly together? This is your role:

• Visual Storytelling: You support the visual accompaniment of our product launches and create graphics that perfectly set our products in scene in the shop and on landing pages.
• Performance Design: You design conversion-strong creatives for our marketing channels (Meta, Google, Email…), which inspire our community and invite them to click.
• Figma Expert:in: You work independently in Figma, create layouts, and ensure that our digital assets are technologically and stylistically up-to-date.
• Motion & Video Adaption: You set up small video edits and adaptations for our video ads independently.
• Brand Consistency: You make sure that our brand identity remains consistent across all channels – from small stickers to large campaign banners.
• Kreative Impulsgeber:in: You don't just wait for briefings, but bring in your own ideas on how we can visualize our message even more modernly and appealingly.

This is what you bring with you

• You are studying communication design, graphic design, media design or a comparable field and have a great passion for visual communication.
• You have already gained some practical experience in marketing (e.g. through internships or student assistantships) and know what's important when it comes to advertising assets.
• You work independently, have a high sense of quality and understand how to translate feedback into creative solutions.
• You have a feel for trends in the field of e-commerce and social media marketing and know how to combine information and aesthetics.
• Figma is your second home and you bring basic video editing skills with you, which brings our ads to life.
• You speak fluent German and bring a portfolio that shows us your design language.
• You have 16-20 hours per week available to support us in our Plantura office in the heart of Munich.
