Work Student:in Marketing, Content & Social Media - Rhein-Neckar

We are building the first Seniors' Universe: a scalable ecosystem for Senior Care, digital services, and new care models. For this, we are looking for an immediate work student:in marketing who makes our locations in the Rhein-Neckar region visible – with authentic content on site, local marketing, and a good sense of people.

Tasks

• Create content on site: You visit our locations in Baden-Württemberg, take photos and shoot short videos and reels with your smartphone – authentic, approachable, and social-media-ready.
• Built and managed social media: You develop and lead our social accounts strategically and design content that shows SenPrima as modern and approachable.
• Local marketing & actions: You take over the planning and implementation of marketing measures on site in cooperation with our location managers – for example, senior afternoons, fairs, information events, and cooperations with local partners.
• Print & materials: You prepare print ads, flyers, and other materials, work on texts and layouts, and ensure that everything is ready on time at the locations.
• Coordination & alignment: You align yourself with location managers, the founder team, and external agencies, gather input, brief content, and keep an overview.

Qualification

• You are studying marketing, media or communication sciences, business administration with a focus on marketing, media design or something similar.
• You come from the Rhein-Neckar region and are willing to regularly visit our locations in Baden-Württemberg.
• You enjoy creating photo-, video- and reel-content with your smartphone and have a good sense of people before and behind the camera.
• You work organized, communicative, and like approaching people.
• You use modern tools and AI naturally.
• You speak German very well, English is a plus.
