Working Student: Marketing & Content (m/f/d)

ETA+ digitizes and controls buildings. Our NetZero Platform connects building technology, meters, networks, BIM, and ESG requirements into a consistent data model — and transforms scattered asset data into reliable decisions for energy consumption and CO₂.

We are around 30 people in Hamburg, Berlin, Darmstadt, and Munich. Short paths, real responsibility from day one, and a team that brings together software, measurement technology, and energy management under one roof.

Tasks

• You produce content for the website, LinkedIn, and trade audiences: product texts, reference reports, technical articles, and series of articles on energy, buildings, and decarbonization.
• You work side-by-side with our design team — text and design are created together, not sequentially. The ETA+ Corporate Design is the benchmark.
• You manage the editorial plan and ensure that it is adhered to. You use Claude by Anthropic along the entire chain: research, rough drafts, variations, editing, and translation — you remain the quality arbiter.
• You build reusable content workflows and skills with our AI Lead, so that a good text becomes a repeatable process. You measure what works: reach, resonance, and inquiries — and derive the next topic round from it.

Qualification

• You are studying communication, media, marketing, journalism, business, or something comparable and are at least in your third semester.
• You enjoy creating content well in German — precise, without clichés, and you explain complex topics understandably. You have a good command of English.
• You have initial experience in content, social media, or editorial work, preferably from internships, university media, or your own projects.
• You use AI as a matter of course, but you recognize when a text sounds like AI — and rewrite it.
• You have an eye for design and enjoy collaborating with designers. Interest in energy, real estate, and sustainability is a clear plus.
