For over 27 years, we have been advising our small business clients nationwide with a dedicated team of 28 colleagues. Our locations are in Karlsfeld near Munich and Leipzig. For special experienced applicants, full home office work is also possible.

Aufgaben

• Aufbau und Organisation des Marketings bei Contrust
  (bisher direkt durch die Geschäftsführung umgesetzt)
• Verantwortung für die LinkedIn-Profile des Unternehmens sowie der Geschäftsführer (Content-Ideen, Texterstellung, Bild-/ Video-Content)
• Konzeption, Erstellung und Versand des Newsletters
• Entwicklung und Aufbau eines professionellen Lead Managements
• Content Creation (Foto & Video, Whitepapers) für Website, LinkedIn und ggf. Instagram
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Website in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen
• Unterstützung im Social Recruiting, z. B. über Instagram Ads, Funnels und Content
• Mitentwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketingstrategie gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung

Qualifikation

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Marketing & Content Creation
  (z. B. durch Studium, Werkstudententätigkeit, eigene Projekte oder Agenturerfahrung)
• Sehr sicherer Umgang mit Social Media, insbesondere LinkedIn
• Exzellente Kenntnisse im Einsatz von KI-Tools (z. B. für Texte, Bilder, Ideen, Videos)
• Grundverständnis für B2B-Kommunikation (kein Muss, aber Plus)
• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Kreativität und Lust, ein Marketing aktiv aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln
