About us

We are the Happy Immo Club – and our mission is clear: We want to support more women in building a self-determined life and passive income streams through real estate. To achieve this, we create content that inspires, informs, and takes action.

And exactly for that, we're looking for you.

This means: You bring our content onto the streets – in the form of Reels, Stories, Ads, and everything that really reaches people.

You work closely with the team, receive clear briefings – and set these creatively and independently into action.

In doing so, you actively use KI-Tools to work faster, better, and more creatively.

Tasks

What you'll be doing

• You produce regular new content formats (e.g., several Reels/Stories per week)
• You support at video shoots & recordings (on-site in Berlin)
• You edit and process content (e.g., for Ads & Instagram)
• You set up newsletters and send them
• You build and maintain landing pages
• You engage with our community (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp etc.)
• You use KI-Tools for hooks & caption ideas, video scripts, faster content production

Qualification

What you bring

• You have a good sense for social media & content
• You can edit videos and implement creative ideas
• You work independently and reliably based on clear briefings and bring in your own creative ideas
• You're eager to simply implement things (instead of just planning)
• You're organized and don't lose sight of the bigger picture
• You're open to KI-supported working (or have already had some experience with it)
• You ideally have an interest in topics like finance, real estate, or personal development
