Tasks

Marketing at carmasec forms the interface between analytical depth and strategic creativity. We understand communication as a system. Based on data-based insights, we develop messages that pinpoint and make our brand authentic experienceable. Our goal is sustainable added value in digital channels, for large-scale campaigns or personal customer dialogue.

Your Tasks:

• Create and prepare content
  You structure texts for blog, LinkedIn, and newsletter, prepare editorial content, and set designs in Canva.
• Support webcasts and events
  You prepare materials, coordinate workflows, lead content, develop mini-campaigns, and support background work at webinars.
• Work in marketing operations
  You maintain landing pages, forms, and lists in HubSpot, test performance data, and prepare reports.
• Maintain marketing tools and content
  You maintain and develop content in Confluence, HubSpot, and website structures.
• Research cybersecurity topics
  You research independently on topics for webinars, content hub, and campaigns and collect relevant insights for content production.

  You create clear, structured prompts and use KI tools like ChatGPT or Canva AI to achieve efficient high-quality results.

  You take on tasks independently, prepare content independently, and summarize results clearly.

Your Skills (nice to have)

We are happy about the following skills from you:

• First experiences in marketing or high learning readiness
  Ideally, you bring first knowledge from internships or projects in the field of content, social media, or events – alternatively the motivation to quickly get started.
• Interest in digital topics and cybersecurity
  Topics like cybersecurity, digital security, or technology interest you, or you want to deepen your knowledge in this area.
• Experience with design tools
  You work happily with Canva or similar tools, for example, for social media visuals, presentations, or event materials.
• Experience with KI-supported content production
  Beyond simple prompts, you have already worked with KI workflows – for example, for research, idea generation, content variants, image generation, or the use of extended KI functions in tools like HubSpot AI or Canva.
