👉 **Bringing our content to life – and keeping the store running.**You'll bring our podcast into the world, manage our Social-Media-Kanäle, and make sure everything runs smoothly in the back-office. Sounds like a wild mix? It is – and that's what makes it exciting.

📌 **Tasks & Responsibilities
**

📍 Content Creation & Podcast-Processing

• Fine-tuning podcast episodes (video) into engaging highlights, snippets, and reels for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn – the selection of the best parts will be done together with the team
• Loading complete podcast episodes as video on YouTube and maintaining them
• Supporting visual design for posts and graphics

📍 Social Media & Community Management

• Scheduling and publishing already prepared posts on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Maintaining our growing community on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube – answering comments, fostering interaction, building proximity
• Keeping an eye out for trends and relevant formats and bringing in own ideas

📍 Preliminary Accounting & Back-Office

• Assigning and maintaining invoices and transactions in the accounting tool
• Requesting missing invoices, reviewing incoming and outgoing invoices, and keeping the accounting tool up-to-date
• Supporting internal projects to strategically secure community growth.

Qualification

**🎯 What you bring
**

✅ Social-Media-Affinity: You know what works on Social Media (Instagram, TikTok) – and enjoy implementing it.

✅ Video-Editing-Skills: You can handle a cutting tool of your choice (e.g. CapCut) and turn raw material into engaging short videos.

✅ Structure & Reliability: Even when things get less glamorous (hello, accounting) – you stay on track and work carefully.

✅ Eigeninitiative & Hands-on-Mentalität: You take action, bring in ideas, and don't wait for everything to be handed to you.

✅ Ongoing Studies: You're an enrolled student – ideally in the field of Media, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

But honestly: We look more at motivation and skills than the study program.
