The P.S. develops software and hardware for smart B2B procurement solutions. With the help of our solution, we bring especially procurement systems in industry to a new level. Costly, resource-intensive processes become unnecessary, error rates are minimized, misunderstandings avoided, and the platform economy in the B2B sector is realized.

As Sales Marketing Manager in the B2B context, you are the link between our marketing and sales teams. Together with the teams, you set up successful campaigns for lead generation and customer development along the customer journey and bring innovative ideas that are out-of-the-box with you.

Aufgaben

Content & Kommunikation

• Presentation of content for LinkedIn (posts, short videos, graphics, slides) within a jointly defined marketing plan.
• Creation and optimization of materials in Canva.
• Design of presentations, social media graphics, and simple landing pages.
• Participation in newsletters, blog posts, and case studies.

Research & Lead Generation

• Identification of relevant target customers and industries in the industrial environment.
• Research on decision-makers from production, supply chain, procurement, and lean management.
• Maintenance, segmentation, and expansion of our CRM in HubSpot and mailing campaign via Lemlist.

Marketing Operations

• Support for setting up small campaigns.
• Participation in simple marketing automations (e.g. Lemlist, HubSpot workflows).
• Preliminary preparation of sales materials and reference materials.

Backoffice & Organisation

• Printing and sending hardware and labels for our customers.
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Support with general administrative tasks.

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in the field of economics, marketing, engineering or comparable.
• Familiarity with Canva and ideally first experience with HubSpot.
• High motivation to move something in the industry-B2B sector.
• Very good German language skills and clear, structured communication.
• Interest in digital processes, IoT, and modern procurement systems.
• Reliable, self-reliant work style and joy of organization.

Bonus: Experience with video editing, social media or automation.
