Marketing Intern

Tasks

• Maintenance and further development of contacts and data in a CRM/ Sales tool
• Support for follow-up processes after events
• Planning, creation, and integration of LinkedIn posts based on existing content
• Support for the development of new content formats (e.g. whitepaper, studies)
• Participation in organizing and conducting webinars and events
• Coordination with internal contact persons as well as external technical support
• Structuring, optimizing, and quality assurance of marketing and contact dataSupport for organizational and administrative tasks in office management

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in the field of Marketing, Communication, Economics, Media or a comparable degree program
• Interest in marketing, sales, and digital topics
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Organizational strength and joy in coordinating multiple topics simultaneously
• Safe handling of common office tools
• First experiences with websites, social media or CRM systems are advantageous but not a must
• Team spirit, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility
