Marketing Ambassador & Content Creation Intern (m/w/d)

Become the face of our brand – live, loud, and authentic.

We are looking for an open-minded, creative personality who is passionate about Social Media and carries our brand outward. You create cool content with and from our colleagues. You orient yourself to current trends and build our brand. Additionally, you accompany us at trade fairs, schools, and recruiting events and capture everything with a camera or smartphone. You create authentic content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn & Co. and ensure that our brand becomes experiential.

Tasks

• You create creative photo and video contents – independently and in direct exchange with our colleagues
• You take over the complete care of our TikTok channel and YouTube channel immediately
• You accompany our trainees, apprentices, and teams in their daily work – up close and always with an eye for exciting stories
• You develop ideas for postings, storylines, and series and implement them in collaboration with our marketing team
• You design simple graphic contributions, reels, stories, or thumbnails
• You accompany us at trade fairs, schools, and supports recruiting events

Qualification

• You feel comfortable working in front of and behind the camera and approach people openly.
• You have a sense for trends, target groups, and viral content and can quickly implement them
• You are studying marketing, communication, media or a comparable field
• You ideally have first experience in Social Media Content Creation – especially on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
• You are confident handling camera or smartphone – and ideally cut your own content
• You can express yourself linguistically and visually well and know something about common design tools (e.g. Figma, CapCut, Adobe,...)
• You don't shy away from getting involved – whether in the workshop, on a construction site, at schools or at trade fairs
