This is what to do:

• Research and prepare You will research company, contact, and market data and ensure that relevant information is available completely and up-to-date.

• Ensure data quality: You will check and maintain data records in our systems, supplement missing information, and contribute to ensuring a reliable data basis for marketing and sales.

• Qualify leads: You will support the identification, enrichment, and pre-qualification of potential customer contacts and create the basis for successful lead processing.

• Support CRM and processes: You will work with our CRM system, support the maintenance of master data, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and data structures.

• Assist with analyses and evaluations: You will support reporting, evaluations, and analyses and help to prepare and make data understandable and usable.

• Shape things together in the team: You will work closely with colleagues from marketing, lead generation, and sales and actively contribute your ideas for the further development of our working methods.

This is you:

• You are studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, Marketing, or a comparable degree program.

• You work carefully and structurally: You maintain an overview even with large amounts of data and pay attention to accuracy.

• You are interested in numbers, data, and digital tools: You enjoy analyzing information, recognizing connections, and working with data.

• You think proactively and get things done: You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and contribute your ideas.

• You enjoy communicating: You enjoy collaborating with various contact persons and approach others openly.

• You are comfortable with Excel and digital applications: Ideally, you have already gained initial experience with CRM systems, databases, or reporting tools.
