Working Student: Customer Support (m/f/d)

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage system in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Your Tasks

• You will support our customers with their inquiries and concerns and be the first point of contact by phone and email.

• Your focus will be on customer service, as well as reliably processing incoming emails.

• You will work in a fixed team and support the processing and forwarding of customer concerns.

• You will work closely with various operational teams at Enpal to structure solutions for concerns.

• You will continuously develop yourself through regular training on our products, processes, and internal procedures.

Your Profile

• You have very good German language skills (at least C1) in speaking and writing.

• You are a communicative, empathetic, and solution-oriented personality with a strong team spirit.

• You already have initial experience in customer service or similar areas, or you are an ambitious career changer.

• You have a positive, open attitude and place great importance on reliable and service-oriented customer support.
