Working Student: Customer Support & Social Media (M/F/D)

BodyFast is the No. 1 app for intermittent fasting worldwide – with over 50 million downloads, we support people on their journey to a healthier life. For our team, we are looking for a dedicated working student (15-20 hours/week) soon to support us in the areas of customer support, community management, and social media marketing.

Responsibilities

Your tasks:

• Handling customer inquiries via email and social media
• Community management on our channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Assistance in planning social media posts
• (AI-supported) creation of social media content (static posts, videos)
• Maintenance of marketing metrics
• Participation in the pipeline management of our creator cooperations
• Further tasks and own small projects possible depending on interest/need

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Enrolled at a German university, ideally for at least 3 more semesters
• Residence in Germany
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; other languages are an advantage
• Interest in nutrition, health, lifestyle
• Empathy, reliability, independent way of working
• Ideally, experience with social media and customer support
• Willingness to occasionally work on weekends is a plus
