Working Student Customer Management (m/f/d) in Bonn

Do you enjoy helping people and want to gain practical experience in customer service? Then support the customer management team at Aktion Mensch! With your written communication skills, you will help our lottery participants and ensure reliable, friendly service – apply now as a working student from September to March 2027!

• You will support our customer service team in the written processing of incoming questions and concerns from our lottery participants.
• You will answer questions about our lottery tickets, our promotions, our shop, and our app.
• You will process changes and cancellations of lottery tickets.
• You will process changes to address data and bank details.
• You will work exclusively in written channels (email, chat, and letter).

• You are an enrolled student for at least two more semesters.
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• You can formulate clear, friendly, and empathetic responses.
• Ideally, you already have initial experience in customer contact.
• You work carefully, reliably, and independently.
