Intern Communication Assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a flexible, approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Digital Loop is a consulting and solution company based in Germany that supports business customers in identifying and overcoming challenges in the areas of marketing technology, AI, SEO, and business intelligence.

To strengthen our international team, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for the Marketing Communication Team.

Tasks

Main Responsibilities:

Internal Communication:

• You will support writing and proofreading of internal newsletters, announcements, and communication plans.
• You will assist in preparing internal meetings and events.
• Maintenance of internal communication platforms (intranet) and ensuring that the content is up-to-date and appealing.

External Communication:

• You will support writing and proofreading of external communication such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Management and updating of website contents to ensure that they align with our brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Qualification

Your Profile:

• You are studying (technology-) journalism, marketing, media and communication sciences or a comparable field.
• A strong interest in digital marketing and technology and enjoy making complex topics understandable (WordPress knowledge and experience are an asset).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are assumed.
• You are fluent in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
• You are proactive and motivated to support a dynamic and developing work environment.
