We work with TOP D2C brands like Loop Earplugs, ahead, bedrop, and ofinto. This means: We manage the Google Ads accounts of the biggest players with budgets sometimes in the millions per month.

To achieve this, we have built an elite team of over 35 people in the last 5 years, covering both performance and creative at the highest level.

What are your new tasks?

Together with the team, you will build the automations and AI workflows that make our daily work easier!

• Automations & AI Workflows: You will support the team in building our internal automations and take over your own workflows. Some are small scripts, others are building blocks in Milow, our own AI agent.
• Workflow Optimization: You will look at what is already running in Milow and find the areas that are too slow or too error-prone. What you can rebuild yourself, you will rebuild.
• Interface to the Team: When colleagues need an automation, they come to you. You will gather the necessary information and clarify with your contact person how you will implement it.
• Documentation: You will document how your workflows are structured. This way, the team can continue working with them even when you are in your exam phase.
• Onboarding: In the first few months, we will onboard you intensively. You will get to know our tools and processes and gradually take on more responsibility at your own pace.

What do you need to bring for this job?

You are an automation nerd in the best sense of the word. You enjoy delving into things and making them run smoothly. You should already be able to code; we will teach you the rest.

• Relevant Field of Study: You are studying Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a comparable degree program.
• Coding Experience: You have already worked with Python or JavaScript and built your own small projects.
• Curiosity & Initiative: You bring your own ideas, think along, and are eager to take on more responsibility step by step.
• Reliability & Accuracy: You can be relied upon. What you do, you do thoroughly, completely, and with an eye for detail.
• Eagerness to Learn: You want to constantly learn and enjoy digging into new tools and topics.
• Trustworthy Handling: You will receive a lot of freedom and access to important systems. You will handle these responsibly and carefully.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken: For clear and professional communication.

A plus, but not a requirement: first experience with the Claude or OpenAI API or serious engagement with prompting.
