Working Student: Key Account Management (all genders)

Then you've come to the right place: As a Working Student: Key Account Management (all genders), you will support the Key Account Management team of Germany's largest reusable system with your 15 to 20 hours per week in the daily work of supporting and managing key accounts, as well as in the implementation of partner roll-outs.

Your tasks are:

• You will take on administrative and organizational tasks in the onboarding process of Key Accounts.
• You will be in contact with potential and existing partners, informing them about the processes of our RECUP-/REBOWL reusable system and thus contributing significantly to curbing the flood of single-use items.
• You will independently take responsibility for data maintenance in Hubspot – maintain your pipeline and activities and keep your goals in sight independently.
• You will support the operative daily business with our large existing partners.
• You will accompany the optimization and automation of existing processes.

• You are currently studying in the field of Business Administration, Sales, or a comparable degree program, are still enrolled for at least 1 year, and are available for at least 15 hours per week.
• You have an interest in sales and customer contact and ideally have already gained some initial experience (e.g., through promotional jobs or similar).
• You are characterized by a structured, conscientious, and independent way of working.
• You enjoy clear, goal-oriented processes and have a hands-on mentality.
• You enjoy research activities and data maintenance.
• You have fluent, negotiation-level German knowledge (C2 level) in written and spoken language.

• CRM experience: You have already worked with one of the classic CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot).
