We are looking for reinforcement at our company headquarters in Waldems-Esch near Idstein (in the heart of Europe, between Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, and Limburg).

Aufgaben

Your Mission

As a Werkstudent:in / Junior Data Analyst / Research Assistant (m/w/d), you will support us in systematically gaining insights from real, anonymized data.

You will not work on surveillance or evaluation of individual practices, but on:

• Structures
• Patters
• Comparative logics
• Statistically supported statements

Your work creates understanding and orientation – not control.

Your Tasks

• Presentation, structuring, and quality assurance of anonymized and aggregated datasets
• Conducting quantitative analyses to identify patterns, connections, and deviations
• Collaboration on benchmarks, comparative models, and evaluation logics for dental practices
• Support in hypothesis testing and statistical evaluation of survey and structure data
• Creating clear, understandable visualizations and analysis summaries for internal decision-makers
• Documented analysis logic and recurring evaluations
• Tight collaboration with the management team on translating data into actionable insights

Qualification

What you should focus on

• You work exclusively with data protection-compliant, anonymized data
• Your focus lies on collective insights, not individual case evaluations
• You enjoy bringing order, structure, and clarity to complex data
• Your work should enable orientation, not micromanagement

What you should bring

Must-haves:

• Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. economics, statistics, data science, business analytics, mathematics, computer science, or comparable) or comparable analytical background
• Very secure knowledge in Excel and handling structured data
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and structured work approach
• High attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn

Nice-to-haves:

• First experiences with data visualization or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Basic knowledge in statistics, SQL, Python, or R
• Experience from projects, internships, or thesis work with quantitative data
