Tasks

• You will provide support with tasks in the Professional Service area.
• You will adapt our products to the corporate design of customers.
• You will update customizing when there are changes or new versions.
• You will communicate with customers about ongoing projects and take up change requests.

Qualification

• You are an enrolled student at a university.
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Word and PPT.
• You are communicative in German and English.
• A self-reliant, structured, meticulous work style with a hands-on mentality and customer- and team-oriented approach rounds out your profile.
