As an intern in IT Support & Data Governance, you will support us in managing our internal IT, setting up hardware and tools, and structuring and ensuring the quality of our data processes.

You will help ensure that our colleagues can work technically smoothly, access is managed properly, and data within the company can be used reliably, transparently, and meaningfully.

Aufgaben

• Erection and maintenance of workplaces, laptops, accounts, and internal tools
• Technical support for colleagues
• Support in administering our IT systems, user rights, and access
• Maintenance and documentation of IT processes, tools, and internal standards
• Support on topics such as IT security, access management, and data protection
• Participation in structuring, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of internal data
• Support on data governance topics, e.g., data quality, data storage, responsibilities, and documentation
• Support on smaller analyses, reports, or data checks

Qualifikation

• You are enrolled in a degree program in computer science, business informatics, data science, or a comparable field
• You have an interest in IT support, internal tools, and structured data processes
• First experience with Windows, macOS, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar tools is advantageous
• Familiarity with data structures, Excel/Google Sheets, or SQL is a plus
• You work reliably, structured, and solution-oriented
• You enjoy helping others with technical questions
• You have very good German language skills and good English language skills
