Working Student IT Service Desk (m/f/d)

As a working student in the IT Service Desk, you will be the first point of contact for IT requests, support with technical problems, and ensure that employees can work quickly and reliably.

• You will handle IT requests via tickets, phone, or in person.
• You will support in finding solutions – through coordination with the IT team and through your own research.
• You will help with questions regarding our laptops and standard software like Office 365.
• You will issue and receive hardware such as laptops or monitors.
• You will set up hardware on-site and support employees with the initial steps with their devices.
• You will take on general troubleshooting and administration tasks in the environment of Windows, Office 365, and other standard software, as well as in the context of Apple macOS and iOS.
• You will record and describe error patterns as precisely as possible so that requests can be processed quickly.

• You communicate confidently and friendly – whether by phone, chat, ticket, email, or in person.
• You have a good overview of common hardware and software in the office environment.
• You enjoy analyzing the causes of problems and finding suitable solutions.
• You are interested in new technologies in the hardware and software sector.
• You are willing to come to the office two days a week.
• You work reliably, and your working hours are easily predictable.
