WHAT YOU DO

• Organization and support of the entire hardware equipment (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, monitors, peripherals)

• Inventory and maintenance of the device and stock database, including assignment to employees

• Unpacking, setting up, and equipping devices during onboarding and offboarding

• Cable management and order in the office: structured cabling at workstations, meeting rooms, and in the network cabinet

• First point of contact for simple hardware requests from employees, with escalation of more complex issues to the IT team

WHAT YOU NEED

• Current studies, ideally related to IT, technology, or a comparable field

• Interest in Apple devices (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones) and technical equipment

• Meticulous, structured, and independent way of working

• Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical, physical work

• Willingness to work on-site at the office at least 2-3 days per week (Berlin)
