WHAT YOU DO
- Organization and support of all hardware equipment (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, monitors, peripherals)
- Inventory and maintenance of the device and inventory database, including assignment to employees
- Unpacking, setting up, and equipping devices during onboarding and offboarding
- Cable management and order in the office: structured cabling at workstations, meeting rooms, and in the network cabinet
- First point of contact for simple hardware requests from employees, forwarding more complex issues to the IT team
Job Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED
- Ongoing studies, ideally with a focus on IT, technology, or a comparable field
- Interest in Apple devices (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones) and technical equipment
- Meticulous, structured, and independent way of working
- Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical, physical work
- Willingness to work on-site at the office at least 2-3 days per week (Berlin)
