Working Student: IT / AI (m/f/d), 8-16 hours/week

As a leading High-Impact Fund, we finance and support purpose-driven startups in Climate Tech, Education, Health, and Circularity. We are looking for a Working Student: IT / AI in Munich, starting immediately. In the diverse and practical role of an IT / AI Working Student, you will work at the intersection of IT Administration, AI Implementation, IT Coordination, and Internal Team Enablement. Your work is essential for making our internal processes efficient and future-proof, and for taking the pressure off the entire team – so we can focus on what matters: Investments with True Impact!

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

IT and System Administration

• Administration and contribution to the further development of our internal task and CRM system, based on the team collaboration tool ClickUp (user management, automations, data maintenance, etc.)
• Communication and coordination with external IT service providers, e.g., for technical inquiries and system integrations

AI Implementations, Automation, and Team Enablement

• Conception and implementation of AI agents, AI applications, and automations (Claude, ChatGPT) for internal processes
• Conducting trainings and workshops, and providing individual support for the team on the practical application of AI in their daily work and solving issues through dialogue
• Support in evaluating new tools and technologies, and contributing to digitalization projects as needed

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• You are studying a science or technical degree program
• You have experience or a strong interest in the practical use of LLMs (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and in the development and technical implementation of your own workflows, automations, and AI agents
• Initial experience with CRM systems
• Ideally, experience with the productivity tool ClickUp
• You work in a structured and independent manner and enjoy sharing knowledge within the team
• Your German and English are very good
• You are available for approx. 8-16 hours/week, ideally for at least 6-8 months
