IT-Administration Student (m/w/d)
Job description
You want to shape the IT world and gather practical experience in system administration?
We are looking for a motivated student, who/which supports our administration team – with enthusiasm for Linux, technical curiosity, and willingness to take responsibility.
Aufgaben

Support in maintaining, administering, and optimizing our Linux system landscape

Support for our administration team as well as error analysis and correction

Participation in the care of our hosting and server environments

Support in topics around network, security, and infrastructure

Support in topics around Microsoft- and Windows-systems (in addition to the primary Linux area)

Optional (Nice-to-Have): Insights into Docker and Kubernetes as well as project-related tasks in container environments

Documented technical processes and continuous improvement of existing processes
Qualifikation
- Ongoing studies in computer science or a comparable technical field
- Practical experience in Linux administration
- Understanding of fundamental IT concepts (e.g. network, server, terminal, protocols)
- Interest in modern IT infrastructure and willingness to learn new things
- Ideal knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes – not a must, but a real plus
- Self-motivated, structured work style and enjoyment of teamworkGood German and English skills
