Working Student: Innovation Management (m/f/d)

In this role, you will take responsibility for innovative products and projects, advance our AI strategy, and significantly contribute to the digital transformation of our law firm.
We are looking for you for our Innovation Team in Berlin as a Working Student in Innovation Management (m/f/d) in part-time (20 hours per week)!

• Make Legal Tech and AI tangible in practice: You will support the management of our Legal Tech products and accompany their successful establishment in the daily operations of the law firm.
• Maintain an overview and create transparency: By documenting ongoing projects and preparing progress and results, you contribute to successful project management.
• Share knowledge and foster innovation: Whether it's Copilot Quick Bites, coordinating inquiries, or exchanging information on AI applications – you actively support the expansion of AI competencies within the law firm.
• Connect people and technologies: In exchange with colleagues, clients, and external partners, you will accompany the introduction of digital solutions and support their successful use.
• Shape the future: From contributing to our AI strategy and accompanying innovation projects to testing new AI solutions, you will gain exciting insights into the digital transformation of a modern labor law boutique.

• In the middle of your studies and full of drive: You are studying Business Administration, Business Law, Project Management, or a comparable field of study and will be enrolled for at least four more semesters.
• Organization is in your blood: You have already gained initial experience in project management and convince with a structured, independent, and reliable way of working.
• Curiosity about the digital future: Artificial intelligence, new technologies, and innovative ways of working fascinate you. Deep technical prior knowledge is not decisive, but rather your willingness to learn and openness to new things.
• Communication skills meet implementation orientation: With your technical understanding, your hands-on mentality, and your joy in collaborating with different stakeholders, you successfully move projects forward. Experience from consulting, professional services, or the legal environment is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Digitally fit and linguistically confident: Very good German language skills, good English language skills, and confident use of Microsoft 365 complete your profile. Experience with Microsoft Copilot or comparable AI tools is welcome.
