Working Student* Information Security Awareness & Automation
Job description
WHAT AWAITS YOU WITH US:
exciting insights into the practice of information security, business continuity management, and compliance in an innovative software project house.
a clearly defined task: You will build the formats with which we convey information security and business continuity within the company – and automate the work behind it.
your own topics with your own responsibility. You won't just work on demand, but proactively contribute your own ideas.
a task where communication counts: We translate complex topics into understandable language.
a small, motivated team and experienced colleagues who will guide you – no one will be left alone with their questions.
flexible working hours, home office, and further training opportunities – with fewer hours during exam periods.
WITH US YOU WILL:
develop training and awareness formats that are actually read – from microlearnings, intranet design, to onboarding documents.
create content for our Business Continuity Management (BCM): role and emergency cards, first measures on one page, templates for crisis communication. Material that needs to be understood in thirty seconds in an emergency.
help plan, accompany, and evaluate our awareness campaigns and BCM exercises: What worked, what was ignored, what will we do differently next time?
automate precisely this work: generate multiple formats from a specification using AI, create German and English versions, and update content as soon as a policy or an emergency plan changes.
deliver and keep content up-to-date automatically – in the intranet, in Confluence, and in our onboarding packages. You will build the workflows for this using Jira, Confluence, and AI-supported tools.
research current threat topics.
maintain the records for our certifications according to ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and TISAX in your area and prepare them for audits – training records, exercise protocols, and tracking of lessons learned.
accompany internal and external audits: compile records, record audit questions, and track the implementation of agreed-upon measures.
primarily deal with organizational and communicative topics. Our contribution to security consists of concepts, texts, processes, and automation – our colleagues from IT manage the systems themselves. If this side of information security, business continuity, and compliance appeals to you, then you are exactly right with us.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
ongoing studies, for example in IT Security Management, (Business/Media) Computer Science, Security Management, Corporate Security Management, Risk & Security Management, Corporate Governance, Risk & Compliance, or similar with an IT focus.
enjoy automating things – scripts, workflows, prompts.
interest in information security and business continuity with a focus on organizational issues. Prior knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, or TISAX is not required.
initiative and a structured, reliable way of working.
very good German and good English skills.
the willingness to work 16–20 hours per week, and more during semester breaks if desired.
YOUR EXTRAS WITH US:
flexible working models regarding time and location.
modern premises with good transport links.
generously equipped workspace.
and much more...
Then we look forward to receiving your online application for the locations Munich or Rosenheim.
