For our growth, we are looking for support in the area of Influencer & Affiliate Marketing with focus on performance, creator relations and scalable campaigns**.

Aufgaben

• Research, identification and selection of suitable creators & influencers
• BUILDING and maintenance of our influencer network
• Outreach & communication with creators
• Negotiation and management of cooperations
• Care for barter deals & paid cooperations including coordination
• Analysis of campaign performance, KPI-tracking & reporting
• Support in creative briefings & storytelling ideas for social media

Qualifikation

• You are studying marketing, communication, media or something comparable
• You love social media and understand digital culture & creator trends
• You have a good sense of which creators could fit Moruga
• You work organized, independently and proactively
• You like to take responsibility and co-create
• Performance, growth and data-driven thinking interest you

Ai can and should be part of your workflow.

We are looking for:

• Prioritization: do you recognize the most important levers?
• Number understanding: can you make good decisions from incomplete data?
• Clearness: do you communicate so that others can act immediately?
• Ownership: do you propose next steps instead of just fulfilling tasks?
• Brand fit: do you understand Moruga without generic wellness/UGC language?

We are not looking for:

This role is probably not for you if you wait for detailed daily instructions, need long coordination processes or prefer to collect ideas instead of bringing them to life. We are looking for people who quickly form hypotheses, implement them practically, learn from numbers and propose next steps independently.
