This is your role:

• Relationship Building: You research suitable influencers, speak to them individually, and build long-term, appreciative relationships.
• Creative Head: You develop briefings and content ideas for campaigns, social media posts, and challenges that will excite our community.
• Campaign Management: You support the planning and implementation of cooperations and keep track of timings and agreements.
• Analyst: You have your eye on the numbers. You analyze the performance of your campaigns, create reports, and derive smart optimization suggestions from them.
• Trend Scout: You're passionate about social media, recognize trends early on, and bring fresh impulses to the team.

You Bring with You

• You are studying marketing, communication, media studies or a similar field.
• You are social media-savvy and have a good sense of trends and influencers.
• You work structured, independently, and can juggle multiple projects at the same time.
• You are communicative, approach people openly, and enjoy daily contact with various cooperation partners.
• You speak fluent German and always find the right tone, whether in an email or personal conversation.
• You have 16 hours per week to work in our Plantura office in the heart of Munich.
